I never leave reviews, but after the horrendous experience we just had, I am compelled to leave one. After seeing all the hype, was excited to try this joint. We decided to dine in, ordered the Drip Wagyu, Buffalo and Cheeseburgers for the kids. Firstly, attitude from the lady who took my order was on a different level. No smile, eye contact or even basic courtesy. I had to repeat order several times as I was already getting a bad vibe. Was told it will take 15 mins. After 40 mins, I asked how long and I was told to wait. Finally cheeseburgers arrived on their own, with no fries. Had explicitly asked no sauce on either burger, what happened, we had sauce in one. I asked why we were getting burgers without the fries, at that point one of the staff members got a bag of frozen fries out and started to cook. When our burgers finally came, the Drip Wagyu was burnt and had no tomato, despite menu description and picture having it in. When I asked about this, I was told you need to ask for it which was probably the worst response to give for something you know to be wrong. Finally, the fries arrived, by the time we had basically finished. By this point I had enough and threatened to leave an honest review, and they responded by accepting burger was burnt and made it in 10 mins. I took it home for my maid as dinner was already spoilt for us. Were they busy? No, we were only the second family of 4 that was sitting there and you could see some staff sitting and talking in the back. One more thing, the ‘graffiti’ in the front area was unacceptable. My 9 year old pointed out the words ‘kill me please’ with an image of a hangman. Shocking! Avoid this place, I’m giving one star because I can’t give any less.

We do love our burgers, and Drip Burger sure didn't disappoint. Here’s what we tried: - Chamak Burger: who wouldn't love Cheetos AND chips Oman in with their chicken burger?! - Honey Sriracha Burger: a safer option if you’re not too adventurous - The OG Burger: loved the unique dash of Arabian flavours thrown in with the pomegranate and kashkaval cheese. Must try! - His Highness Burger: meat lovers dream! That bacon & onion jam is what makes this burger stand out. - Bacon Fries: once again the bacon & onion jam added to these fries are what make them so good! - Chicken Salad: not bad. Great option for that friend who is watching their carb intake The staff were great, very helpful. Not the best ambiance as there isn't much indoor seating but it's not bad either. Parking: There's enough street parking around.

Drip located in Arjan is a burger joint that has a wide variety of beef and chicken burgers. They have 1 vegetarian / vegan burger. I ordered a vegetarian burger, and my husband ordered Chamak Burger, which is a chicken burger. We also ordered fries. The burgers tasted decent, BUT THE PATTY WAS WAY TOO OILY & SO WERE THE FRIES. While eating burgers, the oil was literally dripping down my fingers. Won't go there again.

The Honey Sriracha chicken burger and His Highness beef burger left us with an overall okayish impression. While they didn't quite reach the culinary heights we hoped for, they managed to maintain a certain level of taste that kept us intrigued, for being called dubais best burger by a radio show. Accompanying the burgers were the Drip fries, which, while good, presented themselves as quite ordinary. However, the star of the show was undeniably the sauces over the fries. As we wrapped up the meal, the cheesecake with pistachio sauce stole the spotlight. Creamy and rich, it proved to be the highlight of the entire dining experience.

Stopped for lunch. The place offers different menus and different kitchens. We ordered two burgers to try. They took around 30 minutes to prepare and serve us. And the place was empty. The burgers tasted really good. Was worth the wait.

Great burgers with amazing sides. My sandwich "His Highness" was really delicious 🤤 with onion rings and pickles. The brownies afterwards were a real treat! Will definitely come back and order more of it. The seating is good for small groups of 2-4 people .

I wish it was possible to give zero stars! Avoid this place. Its reviews and instagram posts are a scam (probably paid for). No way this is the best burger anywhere, not even on a neighbourhood level. It’s hard to know where to start about the awful experience we had in this place. We have been wanting to try this place since we saw it on social media and the news propaganda. Unfortunately, we managed to go there today. First of all, access to the restaurant with a baby stroller is a challenge on its own. The place is tiny, no ramps, and does not speak out of good hygiene. The staff have communication issues and their english was quite poor. They are not engaged in the conversation and gave many wrong information, basically to charge more. The fries, straight out of a frozen bag that you can get from any supermarket. Never been more disappointed in fries from a burger place in my life in any country I visited. Now the highlight, the burger. The item we actually came for. Can it be even more disappointing than the fries? Possibly yes. The drip burger is just a burger with shredded lettuce and tomatoes plus a sauce that’s pure garlic. If I wanted that much garlic, I would have ordered the OG burger which clearly states that it has garlic sauce. There should have been a disclaimer that the drip sauce is mainly garlic, that does not really suit every taste. We left the restaurant looking for a place to get something that can mask the taste of garlic. One of the articles we saw about this restaurant was the story of the founder Nadia Shah who founded this restaurant because she couldn’t find a good burger in the city that satisfies her cravings for a decent burger. My advice to dear Nadia, if you want a decent burger, I can give you a list of amazing places for burger across the UAE that are in fact decent, unlike Drip’s. The founder was probably looking for a good burger through fast food chains and that’s why she struggled and thought that she’s filling a gap with this Drip Burgers. Will we visit again? Never at any cost.

This place is pretty quiet and peaceful. Great ambience with all the lights out front. We grabbed a quick bite to eat for dinner, and although we had to wait a bit, the burgers didn’t disappoint. We were attended by the lovely Violet, who was extremely kind and friendly. We had the Honey Sriracha and Haar Drip Burgers along with a Passionfruit Mojito which complimented the meal quite well. Will definitely visit again to try the Pistachio Cheesecake which we missed out!
